Earth is an ancient, wise being.
Deep in the heart of the earth there is peace and safety. The earth can help us heal and transform. There are light beings, that are connected to the earth, that can support us in the process.
When we feel like we are in the midst of chaos, we can come here and find safety, calm, strength and healing. We can experience the caring, nurturing energy of Mother Earth and be held and supported by her. When we connect with high energetic frequencies and go deeper on our healing and awakening journey, it is important to stay grounded and build a strong foundation.
