Light – VortexHealing® & Meditation

We just celebrated the summer solstice. In the northern hemisphere, the days are longer and the nights shorter than in the winter. We can recharge with more light.
If we consciously invite light into our system and allow it to flow through us and fill us, it can be very healing and strengthening. Sometimes, however, it may not be so easy to connect so deeply with the light. Light also allows us to see our shadow sides clearer and can often trigger us.
We will look at where we close ourselves off from the light, where parts of us are hiding and blocking us. It can be a challenge to stay connected to this very high frequency when we are stressed, when there is a lot of pressure and strain on us, when our environment may not vibrate at this frequency.
We will connect deeply with the Universe, Source, God and to ourselves to find and strengthen the light within us. Every cell can vibrate at this frequency. Light, love, peace, oneness.
In this healing I will use VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing, which works with Divine Light and Consciousness.
