In 21 days we can change habits and create new ones sustainably. We will clear and transform what is no longer aligned with you and let go of old baggage.
In a time when so much change and transformation is taking place, this is a wonderful support.
We will work with clearing, transformation and consciousness processes –  we will look at old wounds, connect  deeply within ourselves and to others, we will look at our birth, the moment before our birth, our childhood, self-love, our intuition, our connection to Light and Love, Manifestation, and much more…

We will use VortexHealing® Energy Healing, which is working with Divine Light and Consciousness, but other modalities might influence the session as well.

How it works

You will receive:
– 21 audio meditations (10 – 15 minutes long) – the energy works deeply with you while listening 
-21 energy healing sessions, 15 minutes of energetic support every day (the energy also works when you work or sleep)
– optional: a highly discounted private VortexHealing session

Meditate 10-15 minutes a day… for some of us this may seem very difficult, for others it might be very easy.
This program is designed so that even on a very busy day, you can find 10 minutes for yourself when it suits you best, and work with the transformation consistently for 21 days. If you usually find it difficult to find a little time for yourself and to meditate, and to integrate it into your everyday life, you have the chance to create a new habit with the support of the program. 

You have the choice of meditating with the recording for yourself each day, at a time that is convenient for you, or to listen to the recording at the same time as I send energy. Or you could even do both, and receive  twice a day.
The energy that I send every day also works with you if you are working or sleeping.
In addition, the audio recordings work deeply energetically with you, regardless, if you receive the energy I send at the time or listen to it separately.

The Group Healings are mainly using the tools of VortexHealing® Energy Healing, but other modalities might influence the sessions as well.

Each session is different and is guided by the energy field of the group.
The healings can be very powerful and deep and are often felt days after the actual session.
Everybody experiences the healings differently, for some it might be very deep and strong at the time, others experience gentle and soft energetic support.

For a Distance Healing, it is advisable to find a quiet place to receive and fully enjoy the session.
