Anyone is welcome, regardless if you are completely new to meditation and/or energy healing or if you are experienced.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel to sit or lay on.
We will work with meditation and VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing, which can help us deepen our meditation, release, transform and awaken old patterns and blockages.
Meditating regularly can greatly improve our quality of life. We become calmer and more relaxed, our sleep rhythm and our general health often improve. We can experience peace, relaxation, stress relief, mindfulness, a deeper connection to ourselves, a connection to the spirit world, transformation and new insights. The meditations take us on a deep, inner journey.

The Group Meditations & Healings are mainly using guided meditation and the tools of VortexHealing® Energy Healing, but other modalities might influence the sessions as well.
